5. Delivery and Pickup
(5)i. Delivery: We will deliver and set up rental items on the agreed-upon date and time.
(5)ii. Pickup: You are responsible for the pickup of rental items on the agreed-upon date and time.(5)iii. Any changes to the pick up time has to be pre arranged beforehand and may incur additional charges

6. Damage and Loss
You are responsible for any damage or loss to rental items while in your possession.

7. Liability
(7)i. Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages
arising from the use of our services.
(7)ii. Force Majeure: We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, acts of God, or government actions.
